I cracked into the largest pumpkin from the plant growing in the compost when we moved in. It is quite possibly the best looking pumpkin I have ever met – nice colour, a bit juicy, healthy through and through… you can even see it glistening here. Glistening!… and all for absolutely no work whatsoever! I’ll certainly be saving the seeds from this bebe. I made her into punkin soup with thyme and nutmeg and a parsley and rocket pesto to go with it. There was also yoghurt involved. It was pretty delicious.
In other news, after Rata got in the bath, I added another dome to her Autumn Sweater. Hopefully this will address the funny neckline issues in the previous photos. I didn’t wish to draw attention to it earlier, but something funny was going on. Now it should only be down to the fact that it’s really too big for her (childrens they grow!). And to complete the theme, here is the sweater with added dome and punkin soup.
